Reporting is critical to capturing your ROI. Retreva Activity including the number of contacts, the number of meetings scheduled, and meetings won and lost, can be emailed to you on demand. Click on “My Account”, “Reports” and select “Email Activity Report”. A copy of the report will be sent to your email address.
If using a Manager’s account, there is a button labeled ‘Send Weekly Report Now’ in the upper right-hand when you click on Manage. This will send a group report to your email.
