Retreva is like having your very own sales assistant. You can take advantage of Retreva’s reply actions even if the contact has not replied. This is perfect to follow up on Quotes and Proposals.
Simply add the contact or search for it. Then select the appropriate reply action Action dropdown.
Remember to Use Update to skip sending the immediate email and only Update the contact. Use Send to Send the immediate email.
