Your Retreva inbox has the ability to show the first couple lines of the inbound emails. This helps move through the inbox quickly when you are in a hurry. Keep in mind, emails should not be left in the inbox. You should be using one of Retreva’s 5 reply actions.
To toggle between no preview and a few line preview view, Click My Account, Features, Email Preview (ON or OFF)
