Email Signature

Your email signature block is used for all outbound emails.  Your signature should contain your name, title, phone number, email address and physical address.  Consider including your website and any “tag lines” your company uses as well.

This signature will be applied to all reply actions and will be presented as the suggested signature when building new campaign content.

You can customize signatures by the content group.  If you need to do this, you will need to customize it in each content group and make sure you do not check the checkbox to update all content if you make a change to your master signature.
