Forwarding an Email (Forward Inbox Tool)

An email from your Retreva Inbox can be forwarded to your email (email address supplied during account creation) by clicking the “Response” button and choosing “Forward”. The original email will remain in your Retreva inbox. Note, if you take the conversation “off-line” the history will not be stored in Retreva.  You will need to go into Retreva and disposition the original email to the appropriate updated status when you are ready.
