There are several ways you can see campaign details for a contact:
- Click on Campaigns and view the “Next Service Date” hyperlink on the Campaign page. This will show you which contacts will receive a campaign email on the next scheduled service date for your account. You can change the status of the contact right from this page to remove contacts from the schedule.
- Click on the “Email Position” for a contact on the contact view to see when the contact was emailed last and when their next campaign email is scheduled.
- Click on the green “Activity” button from the campaign view to see all details for a contact
