Our Reply Action Content is meant to give you a sample but can easily be edited to fit your needs and personality. If you find that you are consistently editing our reply action content, you can edit it!
Just click on Content, Response Group, and Edit. Pick the Reply Action content you want to change, edit and save.
The new content will be presented the next time you use that reply action.
Just do not change the name or the follow-up date or the cycle interval. Those are variables that the system pulls in for you.
