Retreva comes with a “No Campaign” group. This is a group of contacts that you may want to communicate with manually, apply a reply action or simply add it to block anciently adding the contact in the future. No Campaign contacts do not receive any automated emails unless they have a reply action.
You can also add additional groups and assign them to no campaign to keep your contacts organized.
