Quick Responses are a super easy way to bring commonly typed sentences into your reply actions. This is great for product information, sales objections, next steps, etc.
You can have up to 20 Custom Quick Responses in your Retreva Account. To create your Quick Responses, Click on Content, Quick Response. Create a title that will help you identify it later and type your reply.
You can then access your Quick Responses anytime from any of our Reply Actions.
