Retreva does not allow attachments on automated outbound emails. However, you can always use links that link to the attachments if there is something you need to send. Note, links can boost spam scores.
You can attach attachments manually. If a contact replies and you need to send an attachment, use Conversation and click on Upload in the bottom left corner of the dialog box to upload an attachment.
