Spam Emails and Spam Sub Inbox

Your Retreva email address is a target for “Spam” just like any other email address.  You can flag messages as Spam by selecting Remove and Spam from the No Match Dialog box.  This will send the message to your Spam Folder.

If you receive Spam from a known contact, simply select “Keep in <Current Status>” to remove it from the inbox and keep the contact in whatever status they were in.

 We often see generic emails that say “Please See Attached and Confirm” with a generic attachment.  These are SPAM.  Your contact most likely has a virus and they have sent the message to everyone in their contacts.
