Mixing a phone call into your prospecting process can significantly increase your response rate from a group of contacts. You can select which contacts you want to be considered VIP.
To use the VIP feature, you need to turn it on from the “My Account” section. Then flag your VIP contacts from the contact view and Retreva will tell you when it is time to mix in a phone call (typically after the 3rd campaign email)
Your phone call list can be viewed from the VIP sub inbox. After you make the phone call, select Left Message if you received a voicemail and let Retreva send a follow-up email. If you spoke to your contact, you can apply the appropriate replay action.
You can add a column to your uploads with “yes” in the VIP field if you want a contact to be considered VIP.
